The customer already knows why.
Every lost deal has a reason. The person who walked away can tell you in a sentence. Most dealerships simply never ask, or ask too late and too generically to get a real answer.
Every dealership knows how many deals it lost last month. Almost none know why. WinLoss exists to close that gap, and to turn the answers into changes that win the next deal.
Why We Started
Our founders spent decades building and integrating the systems dealerships run on: DMS platforms, CRM workflows, OEM connections, and the reporting that sits on top of them. Those systems are very good at recording what happened. A deal was won or lost. A service customer came back or did not.
What none of them record is why. The salesperson's note says “price”. The customer, if anyone asked, might say the finance conversation felt pushy, or nobody called back, or the trade-in offer arrived a day too late. Those are fixable problems. But only if you hear them.
WinLoss is our answer. Ask the right customer the right questions at the right moment. Make it safe to be honest. Then turn what they say into a ranked, store-by-store picture of what is costing you deals, and a list of who to call first.
What We Believe
Every lost deal has a reason. The person who walked away can tell you in a sentence. Most dealerships simply never ask, or ask too late and too generically to get a real answer.
People sanitise their feedback when a sales call is the likely result. WinLoss is anonymous by default, and follow-up is something the customer chooses after they have said what they think.
A dashboard nobody acts on is a cost, not an asset. Every insight in WinLoss is designed to land with a manager as a coaching, process, pricing, or follow-up decision.
Winning back one customer is a good day. Removing the reason ten customers left is a better business. WinLoss is built to do the second while enabling the first.
Who We Are
WinLoss is a small team with a long history in automotive retail technology, operations, and brand strategy. We build for dealerships because we have spent our careers inside them.
Chief Technology Officer

With over 20 years in enterprise IT, cloud platforms, and contact centre infrastructure, he previously led global IT operations at TELUS Digital, supporting 50,000+ agents across 10 countries. Adrian has spent over 20 years at the heart of dealer systems modernization. From Porsche Cars Canada to Tekion and CDK Autoline, he has architected and delivered large-scale ERP and DMS transformations across OEM and retail landscapes. He knows how dealership data actually moves between CRM, DMS, and OEM systems, and ensures WinLoss fits into that reality rather than fighting it.
Connect on LinkedInBrand Strategist

Mike brings 30+ years of automotive retail, brand strategy, and marketing experience. He has created and executed campaigns for Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Kia, Jaguar, and Land Rover. He shapes how WinLoss speaks to dealers and how dealers, in turn, speak to the customers they want back.

Before WinLoss, our founders spent years working on dealer platforms, data flows, and governance for automotive distributors and retailers. These case studies come from that work. They are not WinLoss customer stories, but they shaped how we think about data, trust, and what dealerships will actually use.
